How much content can the Forever Frame store?

  • You can upload up to 1GB of videos or photos, which is approximately 300-595 photos or up to 2 hours of video.

Are there adjustable settings and file selection?

  • Yes

The Forever Frame offers adjustable settings and file selection options.

To access the settings interface, simply hold down the volume button for 5 seconds. Once in the settings menu, you can use the volume key to select the desired files.

Once a file is selected, the frame will continuously play that specific selection.

Alternatively, turning the Forever Frame off and on again will activate the mode where all the files on the device are played sequentially.

What file formats are supported for photos and videos?

  • The Forever Frame supports JPEG, BMP or PNG for pictures and MP4, AVI, MOV or WMV for video formats.

What are the recommended dimensions for photos and videos?

  • For vertical display: Recommended dimensions are 600-720 pixels (width) by 1024-1280 pixels (height).

  • For horizontal display: Recommended dimensions are 1024-1280 pixels (width) by 600-720 pixels (height).

  • If you're experiencing issues uploading content, please make sure your photos and videos are in the correct format and within the recommended dimensions.

  • Auto Rotation

The Forever Frame auto-rotates images and videos based on their orientation.

  • Please note: If the original orientation of the content is different from the frames orientation, there may be some distortion.

How long does the battery last on a single charge?

  • The Forever Frame is equipped with a robust 1000mAh rechargeable battery, which lasts for approximately 2-3 hours on a single charge, depending on usage and displayed content.

  • If it is continuously plugged in, the frame can play content indefinitely.
